Species Name: Azurians

Alias(es): Sky People, Star Folks, Star Children (Human/Azurian hybrids (specifically, someone who is half Azurian/half Human)), Shadowrupt (Azurians and Star Children that were completely corrupted by the darkness)

The Azurians are a race of humanoids with large feathered wings which allow them to fly. The Sky People were resulted by the Atlanteans, who has survived the Fall of Atlantis, having children with another extinct race known as the Cetras; several generations later, they gained their wings and became the Star Folks they are today when a small group of Atlantean/Cetra hybrid travelled to Laputa, homeworld of a dying race known as the Aerians, and have children with the Aerians in order to preserve their bloodline. After the last Aerian passed on, the Star Folks then inherit Laputa as their homeworld with one of the first heroes of the keyblade; Endon, an Azurian whose blood trace back to the Royal Family of Atlantis, as their first king after using a keyblade passed down by a goddess to defend Kingdom Hearts, as she shattered the X-blade into twenty-one pieces and sacrificed her divine form in order to cast a protective charm on Kingdom Hearts as she sealed it away within the darkness, during the Keyblade War a few more generations later. Due to the power they have, there were often referred as Dream Eaters in the Sleeping Worlds (The Azurians and a few Star Children sometimes find this as offensive though), as well as getting commonly mistaken for Angels.

Body Type: Angelic Humanoids

Physical Traits: The Azurians' skin tones are often light coloured, even in shadowrupt form. One of the most striking features of these angelic humanoids are their soft, feathered wings that spans of anywhere from twelve to sixteen feet and are usually pure white in color, but can darken from the palest grey to a pure black depending on how much the Azurian is corrupted; once the wings and hair turn black, and their eyes turned blood red, then there is no guaranteeing that they will ever turn back to their normal state because what they are now have become their normal state due to losing their sense of self to the darkness (Although Vincent and Lulu are apparently the only exceptions to this rule). Two more striking, yet recognizable features of the Sky People are their silver hair that; like their wings, can darkens depending on how much the Azurian is corrupted; and their bluish green eyes that can "see the truth, even if it's invisible or shrouded in illusions" therefore, making them unable to "lie" even if the eyes have changed colours. Whether they on the ground or in the air, they tend to be quite fast, mobile, and agile due to their graceful flight. They also possess somewhat of an ethereal beauty due to their appearance. Their movements happen to be quick, calculated, and graceful.

Culture: Standard; diversified mix of kind and evil people, mostly benevolent. These angelic humanoids are free spirited who, at heart, are philosophical and a bit mysterious at times due to their ability to consults the stars for visions from the past, the present, and the future.  There are some rare cases of the Azurians being claustrophobic, but the Star Folks are extremely cautious of their wings around water due to the weight of their wings when waterlogged could easily pull them down below the water’s surface, drowning them. Motifs that the Azurians are known for are following; Dreamcatchers, Wayfinders, Thalassa shells, stars, their folklores (prophetic poetry, literacy, etc.), their favourite flowers and plant; the Paopu tree and the Atlantean Starlily, and the three other species that also live there; Moogles, Chocobos, and Carbuncles.
